Our trip begins in one of the world’s most festive moments: New Year’s Eve in Brazil. Fireworks, music, and lucky traditions. At midnight, bowls rise to the heavens, meeting each other to toast. Cheers! And at the edge of the sea, they jump seven waves, making seven wishes for a good new year.

Genuine cachaca of brazil
Seven Waves is the authentic Brazilian experience transformed into artisanal cachaça, made by producers committed to sustainability.
So grab your glass, because we’re off to explore the destinations of Seven Waves.
For Seven Waves to reach you, it goes through a meticulous artisanal process that elevates its sensory quality, making our cachaça premium.

Planting
All cachaça comes from sugar cane and ours is organically farmed, without additives or pesticides. Its planting contributes to the taste of the drink, but also to the preservation of the entire ecosystem.

Grinding
After the sugar cane has been harvested, it is milled so that its juice, also known as garapa, can be extracted.

Fermetation
Beers, wines and cachaças all go through fermentation. In this process, the must is fermented in water and organic ingredients which, in 24 hours, are transformed into cane wine.

Filtering
The sugarcane juice is filtered and decanted to remove impurities. The result is called must.

Distillation
The cane wine is boiled in a large copper cauldron: the alembic. Its vapors are condensed and cooled to increase alcohol levels.

Resting
Stored in wooden barrels, the drink undergoes a minimum resting process of 90 days. The choice of barrel construction and resting time influence the style of cachaça to be made.

Bottling
The final stage is bottling, where the cachaça is placed in sanitized and labelled bottles to be shipped directly to the USA.
